This notice explains how Heru Networks Ltd (company no. 15734679, registered office 124-128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX) uses the personal information you send through this website. Contact us about anything in it at mario@herunetworks.co.uk.
Heru Networks Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZC271320.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, company, email, phone, the work you need, site location and message.
- Careers form: your name, email, phone, trade, cards held, areas you can work, message and your CV file.
- Job alerts: your name, email, skills and areas you can work. We use these only to email you about jobs that match your skills. Every alert has a personal link to stop them (see our stop job alerts page), or reply STOP to any alert. We keep your details until you stop alerts, then delete them within 12 months.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss our services (legitimate interests, and steps before a contract).
- To consider you for current and future work (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
Where it is kept
Form details and CVs are stored securely by our website host and emailed to our director. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing, and we do not pass your CV to anyone else without asking you first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact. CVs: up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we work together.
A monthly automatic clean-up deletes enquiries and quote requests sent through this website more than 2 years ago, CVs (the file and your details) sent more than 12 months ago, and job alert details 12 months after you stop alerts. If we start working together, we may keep the details we need for that work separately.
Cookies, analytics and fonts
This website does not set any tracking or advertising cookies and does not use any analytics or visitor tracking tools. The private admin area, used only by our own staff, may use a sign-in cookie, which is strictly necessary for signing in and is not used for tracking.
The text on this site uses fonts loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser asks Google's servers for the fonts, so Google receives your IP address and basic browser details. See Google's privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing mario@herunetworks.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
